Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Company don't have ethics and culture. People with zero knowledge running the company, don't even know how to talk with employees, work life balance is zero, they have mindset if we pay you salary it's mean they own you, childish people people work here for 1 month maximum, some people don't even joined. If you looking for better career don't join

Nothing to like company based on PMC if you have good experience they will provide you good money But inner peace will be gone

Dislikes

Everything I'm already less interested about this company. If you only looking for money and you have already delivered good no. Of projects then you will be offered good money.then they will be cutting tds n all. If you are not jobless or only money matters to you then you can join. Otherwise I'd suggest NO.
