People with zero knowledge running the company, don't even know how to talk with employees, work life balance is zero, they have mindset if we pay you salary it's mean they own you, childish people people work here for 1 month maximum, some people don't even joined. The company do not have policies and protocals, no predefined job responsiblity as mentioned in offer letter;very poor management;work culture not appriciated; All nonsence & unnecessary discussion ad meetings just waste of time.
