They only think about this company is that the marketing company has a bit of good name people think we work for a very good company and nothing is good about this company

There is a lot of problem with salary here salary is not available on time here we are given some kind of salary before we joint the work and we get very little salary in hand and without any reason our salary is cut hair.
Flexible Timing and work life balance is good..A growing company. Director is good.

A Babu culture Company. HR job is to prepare salay only. Salary structure and benefits are poor. Field employees treated as they are cheating Poor IT , IT head is looking after sales and sending negative reports. No motivation. Promotions are given only to choosen bosses.
Illogical pressure, sales app hangs..Even fixed part of salary gets deducted unnecessarily.
Good thing is about Job security but they pay less as per your market value.

1.Pay less as per job responsibilities.
2.Lots of breakup in CTC.
3.Some times they paid 40%-60%salary by cash.
4.Worst work life balance & huge unnecessary politices.
