There is nothing to like. The company is extremely unprofessional, and management appears clueless about handling responsibilities themselves. Employees are hired merely to shoulder all the workload and are treated as if they were servants. The work atmosphere is highly toxic and the owners are extremely abusive toward employees, They resort to screaming and have even been known to intimidate staff physically. This behavior is unacceptable and serious consideration should be given to filing a formal complaint against them. For the sake of your career and well-being do not waste your time by joining this company.

First of all hi to all ready, sit back relax and read this. Interview - they will say a lot of things about this and that we will offer you this and nothing comes in when you join the company. After joining - they won't give anything for 2 months you to work and they will blame you for not doing anything and then they will set a target and will ask to work. Meanwhile - the owner in the company slaps his senior employee and curse all his employee and there are no limit there. Simply the environment is very toxic, unprofessional activities. So before joining this company think million times and if you ask me better join this company stay where you are because It might be worst than your current company or else look for some other company.

Working at Benchmark has been an amazing experience. It has given us complete experience on working diverse projects which also involves travelling to multiple destinations as per the client groups.

If only there was only option 0 or negetive rating. You cannot learn a single thing from them as the founding member is only clueless about any destination. Most of the people are unproductive and has zero knowledge about the work their doing. The company founding member sits with some employees and gossip/talk shit about other employees. In short it's a 3rd class company and has no standards at all. They should shut down and open a club where they can disrespect other people.

If only there's any option for negetive rating. You cannot learn a single thing from them as the founding member has ZERO KNOWLEDGE about any destination. Most of the employees are unproductive and clueless about their own the job/role. The company founding member sits with a few particular employees and talk shit about the employees who are not into this unethical culture. In short it's a 3rd class company which has NO STANDARDS AT ALL. They all should open a club instead where they can gossip and disrespect others. YOU NEED TO RETHINK YOUR DESICION IF YOU EVER THOUGHT OF JOINING THIS COMPANY.

One of the best company to work.You get exposure in terms of work and get numerous opportunities to travel around the world.The management doesn’t differentiate between a fresher and an experienced team member.Appraisal is great
