The Bell Immersive Technology Solutions motivates the employees to bring out their creative ideas and appreciates them to the maximum extent for their hard work. As an outsider, even though I have language barrier, I never felt it as a barricade to my feelings or to my work. Each and every employees working here are so down to earth and they respect everyone's feelings, which I feel as one of the main reason for this company's growth.
