Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. The Bell Immersive Technology Solutions motivates the employees to bring out their creative ideas and appreciates them to the maximum extent for their hard work. As an outsider, even though I have language barrier, I never felt it as a barricade to my feelings or to my work. Each and every employees working here are so down to earth and they respect everyone's feelings, which I feel as one of the main reason for this company's growth.
