I like most is Work-life balance. After working time over i will not think about work, i can give complete time to family

I dislike is the Compensation and benefits what they are providing, we should be provided more benefits for what we are doing here.

There are lot opportunities to learn & grow in BEL, Job security is good.

Politics, too much of travel & less DA. Compensation is decent growth is slow. I do receive appreciation fax from my client. But they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.

No, with a decent compensation the growth is also good, were they handle more projects with different clients. You have to be ready to work with anyone in different projects.

No career growth, partiality based on designation, Extra hours of work for contract engineers without pay and many more. The worst thing is security people, they won't allow if we go late for one minute.
