About variable pay, company do not pay the amount if you resign after completing the that period. even if you are in the organization and completed the payable period which is completely non acceptable.

Here I got medical coverage which is big plus aspect, at least for me. The health insurance includes not just regular medical expenses but also dental care, which is again an added advantage for us as employees.
