Alternate for Big 4 but culture remains the same. Resource availability is not scarce unlike big 4 unlike big4 they will not harass

Work load is heavy but comparatively less than big 4 Package is very less variable pay is peanuts

Additionally, their policy on variable pay is terrible, and you shouldn’t expect any salary increments or appraisals. Even if you don’t have a job in hand, its better not to join. The leadership team run things with a dictatorship-like approach.
