As per Government the company is always work with situations right now COVID-19 situation through we all are suffering so company gives all employees to Chromebook and assign to work from home for employees safety.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in all times. Also there is no preppier training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-bt-step, which is a pain sometimes.

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company.
