Company is much dependant on their manager, all HR services has been outsourced. So if something goes wrong with the manager then he can toss up your appraisal as well as promotion. There is weekend for you and extensive work hours are expected from you as a normal norm.

Lot of work pressure and difficult to maintain work life balance environment is scattered and no proper streamlined process in place, lack of head count due to cost cutting in each project hence too much work pressure, people just runs for making number for apprisal , lack of new technologies training so no skill upgrade.

... on vacancies and internal interviews with fairly high degree of impartiality. Yearly bonus is good. Transport is free.

Barclays company and compensation are best, they take care of their employees and no salary cut or issues ever, everything on time w.r.t money, a very best organization

Team Management, vision and focus is not good atleast my team were I am working but can't blame entire organization, it's best in Market!

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bound of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
