...he people at the lowest level is a dream. the managements are always on holiday. work is more and salary is less. if u r already working with Barclays my sympathy is with you and if you are planning to join the Barclays join in the higher management, there your life will be chilled and work load is less, so please do not join without making a enquire, join jp morgen or tcs cz the work environment is good and they are hiring

Some departments have bureaucracy. So, growth can be slow.

Nothing much. Only thing to be liked is the counterparts outside India. They are supportive and understand what needs to be done.

...tually everything is framework based and mostly development is plugging into it. Less growth and more politics for bonus, hike and promotion. Some verticals have poor work life balance if the work is good. Only few lucky people will get both work and growth.

...ant. It can often hurt high performers from getting promoted and add more value. Also, if you are expecting that better performance or critical roles will fetch you better bonus, then I would say its pretty flat. The top leadership is good but accessibility is something you have to work thru.
