Nothing much. Only thing to be liked is the counterparts outside India. They are supportive and understand what needs to be done.

...tually everything is framework based and mostly development is plugging into it. Less growth and more politics for bonus, hike and promotion. Some verticals have poor work life balance if the work is good. Only few lucky people will get both work and growth.

People at Barclays are very supportive and very helpful and Barclays has helped me achieve many things as got promoted within a year and also they have always helped me to keep a work life balance

Nothing as such but salary could be given bit more compared to market standard

...ant. It can often hurt high performers from getting promoted and add more value. Also, if you are expecting that better performance or critical roles will fetch you better bonus, then I would say its pretty flat. The top leadership is good but accessibility is something you have to work thru.

It'sainly a woman biased bank. If you are woman slightest of work will be supported and amplified by top management and a case will be created to market and the. Promote her. If you areen you will die working never get promoted ....dangerous for Mens growth if you join anything below Director level
