From AVP to director all are only pushing below grade people and making their WLB hell and themselves enjoying with good salary with no work. If someone from UK reading this plz change this management else you'll have to shut process in India in coming days.

Routine movement within departments in short intervals. Salary hike and routine incentive structures Using old and experienced staff for training new joiners and but no credit in terms of salary hike or vertical movement in the organization.

Mentally harassed and bullied at Barclays , groupism like Marathi people group together against outsider. I will share my experience what happened with me 1 Your manager will not be firm in there words I was assigned to work on with some task with manager he gave me different information offline in office and ask me to share different 2 Since you are in probation period you can’t do anything just to escape from that situation I decided to work on some other stuff 3 Many bad things they will say you can’t resist this and higher people will think you are doing for some attention this is level of humanity Please don’t get trap in seeing the progress of company inside things you should be aware of very inhuman people. I request Barclays please take this into consideration don’t play with the life of innocent employee

Functions might get a little boxed in after some time so it's essential to keep moving in / out of different functions to grow.

Amongst big names that ive worked with, Barclays despite having its own big brand name, stands nowhere in comparison. The workplace is operated wholly and solely by Ops team, you dont even know who is your HR team or partner is. If you do not participate in their vicious circle or have a diff opinion, you are considered an outcast. This is the worst org I've ever worked with!
