Pay skill and facilities are good

Lot of work pressure and difficult to maintain work life balance environment is scattered and no proper streamlined process in place, lack of head count due to cost cutting in each project hence too much work pressure, people just runs for making number for apprisal , lack of new technologies training so no skill upgrade.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bound of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...ant. It can often hurt high performers from getting promoted and add more value. Also, if you are expecting that better performance or critical roles will fetch you better bonus, then I would say its pretty flat. The top leadership is good but accessibility is something you have to work thru.

Shit level of office politics, crazy favouritism, no growth opportunities, no hike and worst of all is management use pip as a tool to pressure employees to work extra and many time even without overtime pay.

... years. They get very less increment as compared to the one who are newly hired. I have been working in Barclays for more than 10 years still my monthly in-hand salary is less than 1 lac which is so much disappointing to me. Barclays values are just followed on paper and not in practical.
