...rything is stream line, expectations /objective from individuals are very clear. Good Yearly Bonus. WFH during the CORONA, and now 2 days WFO only.

I left because of only my immediate manager had not given IJB thought I had cleared all rounds successfully and it was happened twice. Poor mentality Manager.

Barclays is the worst company I had worked There values and principles are not where followed They have ridiculous management system which hamper the learning and personal growth The management is so toxic that people in Barclays are struggling. Yes boss culture I had just worked for 1 year in Barclays and they had fired me without giving any suggestification reason.They had given me offer on the basis of my merit and ability and donot considered anything while taking this decision and market was so bad that I am unemployed for 6 month.They even had not think on how a person will survive I would like to tag is as the most worst company to be worked

Barclays is a very good organization. In terms of compensation, job profile and salary.... However there are something has to be addressed regarding the management.

Dislikes

The leaders are used to use their positions and dominate the team members. They don't know how to behave, communicate and values of the employees. Instead of encouraging, advising and educating the new employees, managers are used to speak very harshly, rude behavior, shout at the employees like school or college environment feel like BPO industry not like a corporate bank there's no banking & corporate culture at all. These areas needs to be addressed. Barclays values are RISES - Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, Stewardship. But i don't feel these are utilizing by the leaders. Team mates are really good. But my manager is not good because his behavior is terrible...

Management can sometime be very stringent about things. They say they are open to new ways of working but in reality they have inflated egos.

Flexible to work in Barclays and little bit learning. Different work culture. I would like to improve culture in Barclays sector. Excellent cab facility and food. Best security for girls.

Dislikes

I think lowest salary.
