Lot of work pressure and difficult to maintain work life balance environment is scattered and no proper streamlined process in place, lack of head count due to cost cutting in each project hence too much work pressure, people just runs for making number for apprisal , lack of new technologies training so no skill upgrade.

... on vacancies and internal interviews with fairly high degree of impartiality. Yearly bonus is good. Transport is free.

Job is secure and steady in Barclays. One can do same work for 10 years and get some increment and bonus every year. Company takes care of its employees.

Many people in Barclays are like Govt employees. Outdated systems and technologies and too many controls hinder innovation, self development, and learning

Barclays company and compensation are best, they take care of their employees and no salary cut or issues ever, everything on time w.r.t money, a very best organization

Team Management, vision and focus is not good atleast my team were I am working but can't blame entire organization, it's best in Market!

...ant. It can often hurt high performers from getting promoted and add more value. Also, if you are expecting that better performance or critical roles will fetch you better bonus, then I would say its pretty flat. The top leadership is good but accessibility is something you have to work thru.
