Nothing new to learn. Old era managers ready to do any level of politics to stand a chane to save their job. Very thick and useless process. Company management is busy making brand name by spending everywhere except welfare of employees. Very few very few people are in company who take care about the product qualities. No innovation. No work life balance. No real thought process of quality. No technical training but yes their are trainings on hiw to be a manager.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
