...sed to work in the accounts department of Bansal college BIST with Jitendra sir. It is a very good college and the salary is also good but recently I had taken a 6 month break from the job to prepare for the exams.

Non teaching me salary acchi nhi dete bs kyoki kaam bahut hota hai accounts department me us hisab me payment kam se kam 15k se suru hona chahiye meri to 8k suru ki thi es wajah se me nazar hu baki sab acccha hai college me

They don't want to expense money on projects. They want professional but don't want to pay money. The management belive in jasusi and like only those people's who give information for others people's.

they are basically very cunning people they will use you and then when the purpose is over they will start neglecting you.

Dislikes

You have to learn to say yes sir if you want to work in this group, Not a good place to work for IT professionals, content writers, software developers, you will not get recognition for your hard work. The HR department if terrible in this company only people with bettering skills can survive

Earlier till 2020 the free environment to work & contribute was the best part,but now it's worth not talking about it.

Work culture- People pleasing culture,biased appraisals, non-performers,unproductive & people pleasers gets the growth.
