Appraisal delay every year till August instead of April and they pay it in installments. Also if you resign in between (till appraisal over) they will cancel your appraisal and no increment will be given to you.

... giving appraisal at all. Management doesn't value their hardworking employees. Salary bar is too low.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are Good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

... and commitments for the appraisal. But at the end of the year, you get nothing. As its senior employees have much higher package.. so they dont even bother about late/bad appraisal...but if you are a new joiner...... you must have a backup plan.
