everything. very bad managment and the behaviour's of the people sitting in admin offices. No infrustructure. Managment just don't care about emplyees, they just want the targets to be fullfilled and if any mistakes happen due to the pressure provided by them then its all the employee's fault.

Toxic work culture, no transparency in promotion and transfer, unprofessional HRMs working like a clerk, frequent transfers with plum postings reserved for boot lickers and preferred candidates, staff shortage and too much work pressure. Someone just starting his/her career should spend more time and join somewhere else rather than coming in Public sector bank specially BoB.

Poor management decisions, reservation policy dents scope for promotion, no work life balance, HR is worse if staff puts papers they don't even bother to call u up and find reasons, transfer policy pathetic, in a nutshell don't ever think of joining it and spoil your careers.

too much of politics, exploitation at grass root level, frequent transfers or threats to be transferred if imaginary targets are not achieved without proper infrastructure, technology and guidance.....

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and teey give good salary hike and hours every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given of new joinees.
