perks and salary as compared to other banks.

everything. very bad managment and the behaviour's of the people sitting in admin offices. No infrustructure. Managment just don't care about emplyees, they just want the targets to be fullfilled and if any mistakes happen due to the pressure provided by them then its all the employee's fault.

Likes

The brand value is internationally recognised. Full job security.Second most valued PSU bank. Extremely good market value. Good Working culture.

Dislikes

...a frequent transfer policy. Low payment high risk. Work life balance is missing. Minimal growth of salary yearly. Low bonus and appreciation.

Cannot think of anything much apart from job security.

...ions. * People who do work get rewarded with more work and responsibilities. *Performers and non performers get the same pay. * No quick resolution for any problem.

No work life balance More promotion to Bank of Baroda rather than evijayabank and edena bank It can be proved by recent resignation by many evijayabank employees. Less staffing They give award to themselves(BOB employees) Internal recruitment is eyewash. You may recieve internal circulars ,but at the end they recruite their favourite people irrespective of the criteria for the position

Perks and salary good although not adequate. Transfers are granted on spouse ground.

Dislikes

Many .. employees work like private sector but get paid like a PSU. No methods, lack of staff puts tremendous pressure. Unnecessary work pressure is created where things can go smoothly with little discipline. Some people work and others just don't. Incentive to work is almost nil.
