Dislikes are: 1. Very Low Salary and they have stop Performance Bonus in 2011. 2. Almost no learning except what you are doing 3. Growth is very slow. 4. There were too must politics

Ideal work infrastructure and cafeteria with healthy meal options which include soups and salads as part of daily menu along with the regular meals that one can buy with the Sodexo Meal Card which is recharged twice a month. Consistent amount of bonus is provided. There are few internal game tournaments held for indoor games. Sometimes there are external games hosted which are scheduled outside working hours. There is a good amount given as per team count on the basis of which teams can decide to go for lunch/dinner and bond as a team. Transport facility for all employees and home drop for female employees leaving office post 8:30 p.m. Annual health check up which is temporarily revoked due to the pandemic and free 5 counselling sessions Leave Travel Allowance can be availed once in 2 years as per our package Company motivates to upskill employees with the help of internal learning platforms and external financial aid for pursuing courses within a limit which is more than enough for short time courses. The leave structure helps employees especially during loss of a family member with maximum of 15 days compassionate leave. Apart from that, there are basic 12 SLs which can't be carried forward and 12 PLs. Maximum accumulation of PLs is 60 days. Plenty of internal mobility encouraged which can be availed after minimum of 2 years of experience in the current role There is annual increment which company did not refrain from giving despite of the pandemic. During the pandemic, there was additional support provided in the form of: 1. Ergonomic chair and desk reimbursement for pre conditions 2. Mifi, UPS and masks provided to all 3. Child Care Reimbursment for employees with kids below 12 4. Sodexo Card which were limited to be used in cafeteria were made redeemable at super stores and online essentials like Zomato, Swiggy, BigBasket and Grofers. 5. 24 hour medical helpline for physical and mental wellness.

...ty to continue WFH after the pandemic even when work can be managed remotely. Salary hike is quite not upto the expectations. Company is paying less than the current industry rate.

...ng project models agnist the resources like SDM, shared services 2.No onsite 3.No normalization on pay , means once u join you need to demand big later u will get 8 to 9% standard hike , nowadays services based companies have increased hike % to face inflation rate but they still stick with old policies 4.they won't implement new technologies because of bank 5.employee benefits seems updated during 1980s fact , now due to attrition they are offering 25k for wellness benefits and employees can use that for parental insurance 6.hr support need to be increased only designed for organization benefit Employees will be scammed on insurance, employee referral benefits 7.They will treat you strange on notice period They will cut your internet , ext but it's applicable only in India
