In Bandhan Bank, there is no increase in the salary of the employees if they do not get the correct rating. There is also a problem in the promotion based on rating. In Bandhan Bank, the employees are unhappy due to not getting the promotion on time. Due to not getting the promotion, the employees are in helplessness. have resigned from their job

There’s nothing which I like about the Company its just slow and sluggish and doesn’t have a pity for its employees. This company doesn’t even deserve for 1 star such a worst company.

... just blame you for the bad loan and tell you that you’re accountable for it. 6. You’re just screwed from everywhere you will have a highest salary from all the colleagues you work in the branch but you will be the sort of joker for them because they enjoy by getting you screwed because it is satisfying their ego. 7. Forget everything they just want to bypass the RBI guidelines and build their business and make you accountable for it. They just need a mere button of sanction and you’re that prey that’s it. 8. You start your day at 7 30 am and you will not know when you will go home.

...l meetings so bad And collection problems is common that's not considered in my job role but managers does not help Salary structure too bad in my time 2023 incentive time hole hardwork wasted Those servers also very slow for day end same as SBI server s Finnally I recommended you that don't go for work there there is no work life balance only work there I didn't recommend this bank for working

...2. Extreme Politics observed in every department like a Bangali Babu company. 3. Bonus and other parameters is not good. 4. Only 5 rating over 3 years is not enough to get promotion you must need to pass their internal exam to getting promotion. 6. All extremes pressures is visible only on Sales department.
