Extra working hours & No extra compensation.. Even ask you to come all 7 days a week... Very Bad company... Do not join here to spoil your career...

Do not work here for negotiated compensation. Very bad company to work in Kolkata & in Banking sector. No policy. No ethics.. Only condition need to Join office everyday before 9 AM. Or you will be in a trouble by HR team. All HR are of no use without policy as there is still no policy. All promotors are running the Bandhan Bank, without any experience. They don't know how to treat professionals.

...l meetings so bad And collection problems is common that's not considered in my job role but managers does not help Salary structure too bad in my time 2023 incentive time hole hardwork wasted Those servers also very slow for day end same as SBI server s Finnally I recommended you that don't go for work there there is no work life balance only work there I didn't recommend this bank for working

... more. It’s just like a govt job you don’t have to worry about the job security. About the salary part it came on time at the end of the month.

...2. Extreme Politics observed in every department like a Bangali Babu company. 3. Bonus and other parameters is not good. 4. Only 5 rating over 3 years is not enough to get promotion you must need to pass their internal exam to getting promotion. 6. All extremes pressures is visible only on Sales department.

...ionals of a bank should be qualified enough to carry the dignity of the same. 5. Salary- The amount of baggage you will be carrying is nothing compared to your salary. 6. Products- You can not compete with Bandhan’s product with other banks except FDs 7. Attendance- Sign in & Sign out is compulsory, even if you’re at a customer call at 7 PM , you have to come back to office to sign out from the system. This may vary from branch to branch. There are a lot more than these , just nobody should join bandhan bank, at least those people who actually wants to work at a bank.
