They're paying good industry competitive salary.

Dislikes

No healthy work culture. No professionalism at all. Offices don't even have basic amenities. They treat employees as machines. Branch manager ask you for overtime even you don't have anything to do. Employees are not so literate they've pathetic speaking and writing skills even the softwares designed by their IT team having spelling errors like installments is instollment. Senior employees often tries to insult others. Offices doesn't have a basic things for female employees, branch manager doesn't care about the female employee's needs.

Bandhan bank has been a very good platform for me. I have learned a lot from Bandhan in improving my skills. Good communication, good relation with customers and team work, respecting seniors. Thanks Bandhan Bank.

In Bandhan Bank, there is no increase in the salary of the employees if they do not get the correct rating. There is also a problem in the promotion based on rating. In Bandhan Bank, the employees are unhappy due to not getting the promotion on time. Due to not getting the promotion, the employees are in helplessness. have resigned from their job

...2. Extreme Politics observed in every department like a Bangali Babu company. 3. Bonus and other parameters is not good. 4. Only 5 rating over 3 years is not enough to get promotion you must need to pass their internal exam to getting promotion. 6. All extremes pressures is visible only on Sales department.

...ionals of a bank should be qualified enough to carry the dignity of the same. 5. Salary- The amount of baggage you will be carrying is nothing compared to your salary. 6. Products- You can not compete with Bandhan’s product with other banks except FDs 7. Attendance- Sign in & Sign out is compulsory, even if you’re at a customer call at 7 PM , you have to come back to office to sign out from the system. This may vary from branch to branch. There are a lot more than these , just nobody should join bandhan bank, at least those people who actually wants to work at a bank.
