Good pay scale with higher appraisal than most banks.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture some other institution managers came and destroyed the work life balance to junior employees. Time of office is 9:00am to 6:00pm but they release you after 8:00pm.

A very good learning opportunity is waiting, culture is good, colleagues are friendly and helpful, sales pressure is not as extreme as other organisations.

No salary revision policy, rating should be more transparent depending on the performance rather than oiling the supervisor.

Not satisfied about the salary , I have 2 year 4 month experience in this organisation, still no one boss gives me a good rating, and good incremental in my salary. And there is no good policy, because without my permission and knowledge, senior transfer to me on another vertical, which is very bad for me.
