There is nothing good things that I like in ban labs.me and other sales team members facing same issue.

Dislikes

Company did not give salary to her group employ..they did not gave me my last 2 months salary and expenses and there is no fix date of salary.....they have big zero in management ... company did not follow government rules.they are highring on agreement base that's why they can fire u at any time without any notice.

Because of Rsm Ramana sir I joined..may be company is good but seshu is waste how many employees resigned because of him.. If he is correct he have guts to match no... More over seshu is egoistic..ok. I resigned but what happened my assigned area completely shut down.. I appointed almost 20 dbs no one is active because of his arrogance... My entire team resigned because of him... Ok If I am wrong what about rest of ap or rest of employees

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
