...se that's to be done. Everyone can refuse to do their work except the faculties. The faculties are over-burdened with work but still there is no hike in salary. There are and have been faculties working here for 8-10 years and still earning a mere Rs. 32,000. There is always a need for teaching faculties but they don't hire any to save money and put all the burden on the already burdened faculties. They even have not given the faculties their appointment letters and it has been years. Everyone keeps shifting the discussion from one department to the other. There are no explanation of work policies. There are minimal paid leaves. 10 in a year in total. One can avail a casual leave only after 36 days of working.

Dislikes

Teammates, politics, management, career growth, salary, no appraisal, no learning, tends to dull the mind as well. The principal tends to deliberately make the employees stay beyond time (apparently to impress the management that he's making us work for more hours) under the pretense of a meeting. We just sit there ideally and waste time till 5 pm and have to remind to let us go.
