It is a very good place to strengthen your work profile and build a long career. There is ample high-quality work for everyone, and they pay handsomely (sometimes more than what is committed).

Dislikes

The work-life balance needs improvement, people are loaded with a lot of work thus there is hardly any time left on working days. Overall the culture is good but falls behind several large IT companies and MNCs in Pune.

Salary and employee benefits are good. Appraisal process is also quite fine.

Dislikes

Initially it was good. But when a new project started, the work life balance was completely ruined. New people joined for the project and did not followed the existing process. No supervision or audit of process was done, and life of more than 90 people was ruined in the project.

Good salary, promotions and incentives. I like working here because it being a startup with fewer employees, one person has to be capable of working for different domains, which are not your actual domains but for knowledge growth, learning other domain info has increased my overall product knowledge

Dislikes

I do not like working here as there is hardly any scope for a designer. This field is extremely underrated in this company and no one, not even the seniors or the CEO of the company believes that design or designers can improve business
