Salary and employee benefits are good. Appraisal process is also quite fine.

Initially it was good. But when a new project started, the work life balance was completely ruined. New people joined for the project and did not followed the existing process. No supervision or audit of process was done, and life of more than 90 people was ruined in the project.

...ou don't have money to buy even a single grain of rice only then join this team. If you don't want to end up in su****de or spend your salary on psychiatrists and therapies, avoid this company at all costs. Hope this review will save lots of lives and careers.

I like Bajaj markets, I get good position and good salary taken in company.

Dislikes

Work timeings are 9am to 10pm. Only 2 Sundays we have. Heavy work pressure and Boss torcher. They are giving heavy targets and loan approvals also not easy.

It is a very good place to strengthen your work profile and build a long career. There is ample high-quality work for everyone, and they pay handsomely (sometimes more than what is committed).

Dislikes

The work-life balance needs improvement, people are loaded with a lot of work thus there is hardly any time left on working days. Overall the culture is good but falls behind several large IT companies and MNCs in Pune.
