Don't join this company because there have not good culture for logistics. You will have to work over there too much time but no holiday no weak off and if you have medical issues it's your problem no leave will provide you by company. I had joined in this company it's my biggest mistake in my life.

Dislikes

Everything is dislike 1 there is not a fix date of salary credentials of offrole employees. 2 Your HR of your consultant are not responding when you have a query he just say as Bajaj said to him. 3 No overtime or holidays will pay to you because you are offrole employee. 4 There have no culture here Bajaj employee treats you like a labour.

Salary on time . Following government rules.

Dislikes

HR are use less , 100% biasness in hiring,increment and promotion . HR department is just seek of name. Lobbying in every department.... Bangali, North Indian, South Indian lobbyists is more strong department wise It's good to be jobless rather than working in useless and harassing environment of BAJAJ....

I'm working with Bajaj Electricals as 3rd party not a payroll and the management behave like not wea are human.No increment last 2 years and reduced staff from concern CFA and their work load to distribute to transport Coordinator.

Dislikes

In Bajaj payroll they are always happy timely salary bonus increment etc. they will depend only transport Coordinator in logistics department but no growth. All the work done by transport Coordinator and end of the meeting the manager said what are doing transport Coordinator.

BEL are very best company. In lockdown period they the company provides salary of all employee . Company culture are very flexible and all senior managment is transparent. Company policy are good, appraisal are fair & they are give good salary and bonous are every year.

I am not dislike company. But according to mine I have found some politics.

Some times work pressure is very high. I have work 12 to 14 hrs in a day and also I have attended client in late night. I do not received appreciation appraisal from H.O.which was appreciated by my project manager.
