There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I was on off roll. So less salary & No benefits . No work satisfaction because the work assigned to me was different from my profile no involvement in main activities . If you are getting recruited for Off roll . Think thrice before joining because you will feel bad by seeing the benefits and salary of On roll employees.

As a company is very good.but I am not a company person.I am in Bajaj in 4 years.I have so many target achieved.But company r not allow me by direct pay roll .I think I will perfect & I hope achieve the promotion as a pay roll of Bajaj Electricals.
