The Multi purpose club called Utsah which has a world class gym, and facilities for badminton Table tennis, carrom, chess, pool, air hockey, Yoga room, Music room and a lot other things. The ambiance of this place is breath taking.

Huge compensation disparity, unequal opportunities for growth. Flat hierarchy.

The work culture is good and the involvement of the MD himself to see the development of the project .

The compensation . Variation in the salary slab along with the variable pay compensation isn't justified , 10% of the total variable pay for an average rating . This should be revised .

Friendly managers. Communication in hindi. Light environment. OK compensation for mechanical engineers.

Poor performance rating system. No career growth. Slow or stagnated learning. Improper salary discloser at the time of joining.

though its good at an organization level but at operation level there is too much of biasness, manipulations, forcefulness, favoritism , humiliation and no recognitions.
