Middle Management has no vision. And market knowledge. Field team has to teach and train them for meetings with superiors. Overall middle management is problem at Bajaj auto.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Overall working with Bajaj is very good . The work environment is really good and there is also no work pressure. The best place to the career growth. But promotions takes time in the organisation.

There the salary is too low. And maily the employees are illiterate and don't know how to behave with the co workers.

I have got versatile experience in Bajaj , Very technocrat people guidance , Very good trainings time to time for sharpen your skills , very good and transparent performance rating system. Very clean house keeping, Keep upkeep knowledge with recent technology . Own robust systems . Treat Employee as asset . No harassment lot of freedom to do our work by our own way.
