Middle Management has no vision. And market knowledge. Field team has to teach and train them for meetings with superiors. Overall middle management is problem at Bajaj auto.

There is nothing much to say here but one thing which is the limited growth opportunities due to its very lean organizational structure

It was great environment in the company. TPM way Of working is good culture. Deep down analysis for any and improvements plan.

Since this HR head came, bossism culture and no transpency in system.peopleare in fear That they don't know when theyask to leave or salary cut or transfer. Control by HR notdept heads. Some dept heads also partner in crime. Happening not because of performance it is on face value.

No job security. Only people who can make bosses happy (other than work) can be safe. Others shall be sacked any moment. Very high politics in office. No work life balance. Will have to work on PPT for all days rather than actual work.

Pathetic. During this crisis, pandemic situation job cuts, salary cuts and transfer is happening. Without any prior notice job cuts is happening without giving proper reason. In this pandemic situation when all companies have stopped new recruitment what will someone do.
