though its good at an organization level but at operation level there is too much of biasness, manipulations, forcefulness, favoritism , humiliation and no recognitions.

Prior to 2017, company was having good growth opportunities and had good learning environment

Very bad HR policies.. no growth opputunities.. 1st company I have seen in my life which cuts salary after 14 years of experience citing studpid reasons.. can cut salary and benefits anytime without prior information.

Used to be very secure company earlier with more focus towards employee. Now its no more like that.

Absurd HR policies. Only company seen in my life time which has after 14 years of working has deducted salary citing no logical reason. No job security and no career growth. Poor HR policies.

WILL GET A LOT TO LEARN. EMPLOYEE SALARY IS ALSO ON THE HIGHER END OF THE SPECTRUM. FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS WITH INTRA WEEK TIME ADJUSTMENT.

A BIT NEGATIVE WORK CULTURE. EMPLOYEE DISSATISFACTION HAS INCREASED A LOT OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS DUE TO CHANGE IN HR POLICIES. ATTRITION HAS ALSO INCREASED.

It used to be good company to work. But off late company is so desperate to earn profits that they are cutting salaries, removing people and collecting exorbitantly high charges for Food and transportation too.

Dislikes

Pathetic HR policies, salary cuts, favoritism, no growth, poor quality product. People joined here looking at the package and now they ended up getting 20-30% less than what they used to get in earlier company. Suggest to not join looking at high package as it gets reduced in no time.
