...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hikes and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of two year which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

... Bajaj Allianz Life insurance company is best fastest growing company in india. But the managers working culture is dengerous because the managers are Black mail with employees salary, one of my manager was directly telling that if I do business then only I get salary, And this is the company policy he was telling is it my dear company CEO, In business sales the tarcher is common but who will blame with employees salary. And check the trainers quality.

If you are doing at least one policy per month of min 5k then no one is going to fire you. Products of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance is good.

...manager on Sat and Sun. So there is no work no life no balance. Growth is none. No salary increments. Very very very low salary. Incentives earning is very much difficult. By any chance if you entered into the life insurance industry and especially into Agency channel then life worst. Extensive traveling across the city on your own expenses. Very hectic job
