... Bajaj Allianz Life insurance company is best fastest growing company in india. But the managers working culture is dengerous because the managers are Black mail with employees salary, one of my manager was directly telling that if I do business then only I get salary, And this is the company policy he was telling is it my dear company CEO, In business sales the tarcher is common but who will blame with employees salary. And check the trainers quality.

This company throws good salary to buy talents and finally treat them as donkeys & consumables with the egoistic, poor visioned unconnected leaders. Products are very good, Good underwrting team , Good e-learning platform, pathetic customer services. HR conducts internal feedback session from bottom to top which is just an eyewash for sure and your feedback can never impact change and you may run the chance of being cornered. HR deptt is a gimmick who are only busy in boot-polishing the top leaders from Head Office to get a creamy annual increments. If any company requires narcissistic and ill-bred leaders, this is the place to hunt. All the best to the employees who are having good time and without having an intent for a long term assocaition.

Narcissistic top leadership, lack of vision in team building, pay and throw attitude, Ill-bred leaders who consider downlines as their puppets , zero accountabilty of top leaders towards talent nutruring and client satisfaction, Coterie and their empowerment to build and tarnish image and career of skilled talents, Funny and inhumane HR team with zero accountabilty towards developing resources. pls fefer to their internal attrition report which is an evidence of the status of involvement of leaders in team building and team nurturing.

The salary and perks offered to employees are excellent, and the work ethics are truly commendable . You won't regret your decision to work here. There is no favoritism and the management is outstanding.

...w manager are treated the worst. Designation will not help you find another job. No increment or promotion unless you are from tier 1 college or your salary is above 30 lpa. Skill development is only provided for the person belonging to their community. Senior positions are occupied by Malyalam speaking community and hence increment and promotions are only for them. No outdoor trips as it's only applicable for senior positions. Junior employees don't stay more than 3 months in the company. Company culture is the worst across Bajaj companies. They treat employees in such a way that they should jump off their building and end their lives as they encourage their family members and friends in other companies to not hire their team members. Hence an employee is stuck for rest of their lives in the same place with the lowest salary.
