I generally don't review companies because every company comes with some pros and cons. However, working at BainsLabs is something I really admire. 1. Employer is very patient. He allows you to work at your own pace. 2. Company follows Jira, GIT, Sprints, and Scrum Technologies. If you really want to learn how DevOps-based firms work, join BainsLabs. 3. No work pressure unless you are terribly slow at doing things :). 4. Everyone holds 2+ years of experience. So, there is a lot to learn from industry seniors.

Dislikes

For your own created backlogs, you may have to put in the extra effort. So, if you can deliver things on time, then everything is fine.

I Joined this company during Covid as a Java developer Consultant. Though my tenure was project-based and already fixed, I really loved working with BainsLabs. I am always looking forward to working again for BainsLabs. 1. Working Environment 2. Team Work 3. No Strict Policies 4. Flexible Timings 5. Easy access to management

BainsLabs has been a fantastic place to start my career because the leadership is always pushing you to learn something new and take on new challenges. there is an emphasis on improvement, which means we never stand still for long the company is always looking for new and better ways of doing things. You are always surrounded by teammates who want to help you succeed and have fun doing it.

I worked here for a year or so before I reallocated to my hometown, but I didn't find any.
