Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Very wrost company, it's like a family business, only family members get appraisal and promotion

Dislikes

No any appointment letter, no salary slip, Get 2 months salary together, no any management, you have to work for company as well as for bosses' house also without any time limit

Working culture is not upto the mark, without salary no any another benefits even after complete 2 years of working period not getting leave salary.

... letter. Direct give air ticket after working hour and before 4hr to go airport. If employee oppose that time said if you will not go , this amount recover from your salary.
