Partiallity for Employees and so much relaxation for Mangement Pepole No time bound for them 8.No job Security 9.No professionalisam 10. Forced to sign bond and take orignal documents on custody on day of joining

Nothing its like tihar jail for corporates with school rules to be followed and if you need to do suiside than you will feel great to work in this company and if you want to live then be carefull.
