1. working hours are so long 9.30 hours 2.No Flexible time if you come 10 min late you have to stay extra Half hour 3.No annual function or trip 4.Toxic environment by Management 5.MD Involve in cheap things and cheap Minded 6.Increment are very less and that too they behave like doing big favour on us 7.
