1. working hours are so long 9.30 hours 2.No Flexible time if you come 10 min late you have to stay extra Half hour 3.No annual function or trip 4.Toxic environment by Management 5.MD Involve in cheap things and cheap Minded 6.Increment are very less and that too they behave like doing big favour on us 7. Partiallity for Employees and so much relaxation for Mangement Pepole No time bound for them 8.No job Security 9.No professionalisam 10. Forced to sign bond and take orignal documents on custody on day of joining

Nothing its like tihar jail for corporates with school rules to be followed and if you need to do suiside than you will feel great to work in this company and if you want to live then be carefull.
