Our CEO sir is very much supportive, and as work pressure is less as of now so we get enough time to invest on learning and most of the guides( consultant) are ex-isro, so we get a chance to work direct under them.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

As it is a start-up it will need some time to built proper work flow, and also will take some time to create company vision properly.
