As a vigilance officer i am not satisfied with the work given and target's.. we can not choose sample, target and sample assign by management, we are not a independent auditor, In a day we need to travel through bike 200km daily..

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every two year

There is a lot of politics and the managment doesn't address our issues salary is not best

Technology is good and salary is ok good place to learn

No culture at all . no holiday exist in this company every Saturday and Sunday open except one or Sunday u can avail but if work load is too much then forget about the leaves

I don't have q negative comments I must say only positive things if you will experience then u have to decide what are the disadvantage in the company.

Management is very bad. No one is able to listen your voice. I have given 5 years and 6 months to the company but company didn't gave me 5 year Gold Coin gift i asked many time with my seniors and Hr but no one gave reply me. One of my colleague gave 5 years and 1 month to the company but his HOD gave him Gold coin gift even my colleague joined another company. His HOD called him and said come to branch and get your gift. But my HOD have no time to reply me on mail. Company Management did partiality with me. Also company didn't gave me my 2022 FA year PL encashment. I have sent lot's of mail and msgs to hr and my senior but no reply.
