The salary is on time They hv got good incentive structure. Nothing else is good

The bosses are horrible They won't provide u any training about how to start the work. From second day itself they will start Asking u to do buisness mayb like clearing the forms. They made the culture that we cn ask boss any queries only once. Too much of pressure and blackmailing that will loose the job Have to handle around 9-10 branch So very stressful to keep traveling full day.

Its a worst company i have ever seen.management and HR department is not cooperative at all.

They are not paying salary on time and most worst part is that if you going to ask them why your salary has not been credited on time they will force you for resignation

If ur Aim is to Earn money , u will make 2X every month

Many things , think twice or thrice before entering into dealing team , management does not care about Clients they jus need revenue revenue and revenue

The company is great for work life balance. Especially women employees can be safe within the environment.

Dislikes

Certain teams are not taken seriously. Hike are not given and kept on hold there is extreme politics. Even when employee ask for allocation of task there are managers who won't allocate it and during kra meetings they'll end up saying you didn't work which leads to lower rating. Even if you may possess skill and are willing to work, the crucial tasks are given to favorites. This has been always a practice and upper management and HR doesn't seem to bother. Do not join this rather go for ICICI or any other banks or securities but not Axis. Advising for career sake.

The company work is excellent even all new rules the dependent on my client location. Mine is in pune

Compention is decent but growth ia slow the very pressure is depend on month end i have to work 11-12 hurs to atend the client calls
