I have worked in credit card department there is a target if we did more cards we used to get Incentives that is the only thing I like in axis

For experience employees also they offer only 15000 salary per month.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening.

Teammates are good, no training given, no Job security, no carrier growth, average salary package, very much politics, very bad work environment, never manager your life n work in this company.

Many n much more things I dislike about this company. Very rude and senseless boss. He never respect girls. Behave like a dectater. Very much pressure.

it's axis Bank subsidiary which working with brand name of axis with good fundamental and reputation in market. I joined company as senior analyst working under the Team of Fundmanager and Director where I learn lots of things about analysis,like valuations,cost modeling, DCF , Management my own working under charted accountant team and technical analysis team . Various sectors secondary report managment meeting with many companies high profile Representative. Current time I am work 4000cr aum clients overall great experience.

According to designation salary factors and sometimes favouritism of higher authorities and Covid time cost cutting and salary cut and many of people lose job .job unsecure nature.

I'm working in Axis securities work culture is good, security is well,the management is secured to all the employees and also company policies are so ethical.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary is insufficient but Carter growth is low.
