Training is not sufficient for most of the products. Company is expecting employees to learn from own sources and apply. Customer service is again a pain point. As a relationship manager we expect to provide seamless services to clients, but the TAT and NFTR issues from service team often hampers the relationship.

Axis gives less salary compared to other bank and also high work pressure and high pressure to cross sell and make employees to run behind the customer and its make Customer to get irritated
