Superior insubordination, HR not supported on travel claim approval dispute with superior. Some people carry there ego there & do whatever they want to do & HR Was not interference or supported.

Not use update software and tools. Follow the old business method. Not good salary hike. Basic infrastructure not up to good. Not employee friendly company. Only task and business oriented work culture.

Bank was provided good platform to learn new things in professional life. Supervisors are good and co operative in all aspects.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are not good. However, bank is recruiting new guys with higher packages than experience guys are prevailed with bank. My opinion is that, role based salaries and designation should be required in bank. If you would have encourage this culture, most of the persons are ready to take the higher responsibilities.

12 hours a day work timing, no holidays nothing, They want you to work 24/7*365, even after that you won't be getting any appreciation, No one can work as a SM in personal loans or any assets in andhra pradesh based vijayawada Don't even think of going to axis as a SM in andhra pradesh, You will resign with in 3 months I bet..

Axis gives less salary compared to other bank and also high work pressure and high pressure to cross sell and make employees to run behind the customer and its make Customer to get irritated
